6 basic TRX Suspension Training Exercises

  1. The Prone Jacknife - Core
  2.  The Push Up - Chest
  3.  The Pull Up - Back
  4. The Squats - Legs
  5. The Tricesp Extensions - Arms / Triceps
  6. The Bicep Curls - Arms / Bicep
 Start with one full rep. Then work your way up, depending your strength level.
