  1. Susended Lunges. 15-20 Reps each leg
  2. Push-Ups. 15-20 Reps
  3. Squat-Jumps. 15-20 Reps
  4. Inverted Rows w/ Hip Extension. 15-20 Reps

Rest 30-60 seconds... repeat 4-5 X
